Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please note that all return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included with the return.
- The item must not be custom-made or personalized, as such items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges within 30 days for issues such as size or product defects. Here’s how our exchange process works:
- Size Selection: If you ordered the wrong size but it matches our sizing chart, an exchange fee may apply.
- Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong size or item, or if the product is defective, we’ll process the exchange at no extra cost to you.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is wrong or defective.
To begin an exchange, please email at customers@tannerandthread.com with your order number and details about the correct size or issue.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us
Email customers@tannerandthread.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and attach photos if required. - Receive Return Authorization
We’ll send return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days. - Ship the Item Back
Use a trackable shipping method and secure packaging to prevent damage in transit. - Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our quality standards high, certain products cannot be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order jackets
- Items that are worn, used, damaged, or returned without tags
- Products returned after 30 days
Custom Size Orders
Custom size jackets are made to order using your personal measurements and can’t be resold. For this reason, custom size orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
To make sure your jacket fits, we contact every custom customer after their order to confirm their measurements, height, and weight before production begins. If you’re unsure whether to choose a standard size or custom, please contact us before ordering.
Our 30-day return and exchange policy applies to standard sizes (XS–5XL) only.
